We booked there to get 2 king rooms. When we got there they said they had no kings. Girl on the desk was nor very friendly or accomodating.

The airport shuttle was not available when I landed at the airport; the staff was not at all friendly when she told me I had to book 24 hours in advance to get the shuttle service. I had not been informed of this and had to spend extra $40 to reach the hotel. Best Western at Fairground is 20 minutes away from the airport while Best Western at near the airport is within walking distance and you don't need to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance.
